We went to see hee Haw and it did not disappoint. What a fun evening of comedy country music and gospel it was extremely nice. Not being from here everybody that was around us was so nice and kind and Roy Clark was kind enough to go through and talk to people which I thought was really nice. My favorite favorite part was the young lady that was portraying Patsy Cline. She hit a part of my heart that just made me break down in tears because Patsy Cline is my idol. The only thing I did not like was the concessions do not take credit or debit cards. That was a big downfall because we don't really carry cash but now we know so we probably will next time. But it would be a super huge convenience and a big money maker. And I really wish they could have headset mics because I think a lot of the acts would have been better if they weren't having to scramble with the microphones. that's not a dig against anybody but I think the performers would have been able to move more smoothly so for them I would like to see headset microphone. I just think it was amazing I've never been to a performance like that before and it was so nice and very fun
Great job everybody

Great ! Very impressive how the actors remembered their lines through out the whole story of the play " MISERY " . Better than the Overpaid Hollywood Puppets,

This was our first experience at the Actors Guild of Parkersburg. It was one to remember! The youth did an amazing job in the production of Disney's Descendants. We will be attending more shows for certain.

Live theater can be wonderful. They make .mistakes, everyone knows it, and we laugh and applaud until someone regains their composure. I've seen shows that looked like it would have been fun just to have a bit part. Anyone can audition and sometimes they surprise you with their talent. Their musicals are often very popular. Get your ticket in advance. It just might be sold out.
