Absolutely lovely place, always clean and smells clean, good setup,the owners and employees are extremely friendly and nice people, the quality of the meat and honey are by far the best ive ever had, wont be buying meat at the grocery store again! Would recommend

I raise and sell freezer beef and hogs and I will have to say this place does an amazing job with both the processing and packaging. Not one complaint from any of my customers. The team at farmers harvest has always been super helpful and polite. Hope to continue doing business with them for years to come.

Farmers Harvest has the freshest beef and pork you can buy. I absolutely love the steaks , hamburger pattie’s and the bulk ground beef! As for the pork, it has just the right spices for the bacon and sausage! Once you start eating it you cannot stop! The sausage makes the best sausage gravy you’ve ever had without adding any other spices. The owners are great down to earth people willing to answer any questions I had and the meat is done in a timely manner. 5 ⭐️!

If you expect to get your own meat back from this processor, GOOD LUCK! I am 68 years old and have eaten grain fed beef from our farms my whole life. I don’t know where the meat came from that I received but it wasn’t what I sent there. I stopped at their location to question what had happen and heard nothing but excuses with no option for me. There is recourse, I will not go back and hopefully those of you reading this will find a processor who is legitimate , honest and are not absentee owners.

I ordered a cow and the ground meat is riddled with gristle! Trimmed ALL of the fat off ALL cuts after I asked them NOT to! So no flavor cooks into the meat now. WORST place EVER!!!! If I could give a NO Star I would!!!!

Okay, your response is simply NOT TRUE! I personally spoke with Holly to give her my cut sheet and I was very specific regarding how I wanted the cuts!!! The only other party involved was the guy dropping off the cow and he had nothing to do with the cut sheet. I CALLED IN THE CUT SHEET! I SPOKE WITH HOLLY! I GAVE THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! YOU did not make it right because you wanted me to package 800 lbs of meat up and drive 3 hours round trip to take it all back! That's insane! I would spend too much money in gas and time wasted! You should have sent me money back or offered to pick up the meat and replace it!

I drove to Farmer’s Harvest from Athens Ohio. When Libby answered the phone she was most helpful, kind and happy to assist. She went out of her way to walk into her cooler to be sure she had enough product before I made the trip. I’m excited to have a new butcher shop where the livestock are raised and butchered locally. We had a whole beef cut and processed here and by far it has been one of the best cuts and packing that I have got in a long time glad I found you all to do business with because they treated us exceptional good and they was a pleasure to deal and talk to thank you guys and we will be bringing another one back
