My uncle and I took 2 big hogs to be processed into sausage and have the loins done into chops. This is the first time ever using t & m processing and I will never return. One of the hogs weighed about 125 lbs and the other was about 160-175 lbs. I never received a call letting us know it was done, so I called a few weeks later and he said that it was done. We went to get it the next morning and it was one small box of sausage. We asked about the chops and he said they were in the bottom of the box. We figured we’d take it home and weigh it out. Not one chop and 22 packs sausage that weighed 2 lbs a piece. 300 lbs of hog and only 44 lbs of sausage, no way. We called him immediately and he said there should be another box in the freezer, give him a couple hours and he would call us back. Never 1 call back and over several days we have called and been given excuse after excuse. Now he won’t answer any of our calls. We’ve discussed going to his processing company but know things could very well get out of hand and it’s not worth going to jail over. Just know this guy is a crook and I wouldn’t take anything to him ever. We should’ve known better when there were never any customers dropping off or picking up meat any time we was there. During deer season and no customers, that should be a sign. Avoid this place and spread the word that he’s a thief.
