After looking for several months across the state for a specific car - year / model / engine / price and not having any luck. JJ's had exactly what I was looking for. A bit of an impulse buy - we got through it effectively - thanks to Rudy for the guidance. Purchased a vehicle within 24 hrs. Got it home and was not satisfied with the vehicle. Called to ask about a return policy or what the FTC calls a cooling off period for returns and the dealer wouldn’t take the return. It’s sad that dealers would care more about a sale than making sure a customer is happy. Upon further inspection at home there was a lot more damages to the vehicle inside and out. Completely filthy and smells horrible inside. My husband bought this truck for us. I will be contacting BBB and the FTC. Shame on you.
