Been trying to reach someone for weeks now. Our cap is leaking. Found out been little leak since installed. Our new fireplace has rust. I need someone out to look at it and fix their work but nobody responds to my emails. I've called when i get chance to and get no answer. Please do what's right and I'm happy to remove post. Great experience. Professional fast service; good communication. We worked with this company to have a damaged chimney pipe repaired, and a second wood stove upgraded. For the upgraded unit we needed to find a specific part to ensure a safe install and avoid replacing an entire 20’ double wall pipe ($$$). They helped identify the existing pipe and found suppliers in the area with matching parts to save us $. Small local business with local employees and suppliers. Would recommend.

While the business goes through restructuring and downsizing, restoring the ownership to those who originally built the business. The new/former owners are restructuring products and servives to what they do best and product lines that are a great cost/effective lines. I appreciate that they remain supportive in helping me maintain the Swim Spa I purchased from the business 2.5 years ago. I would recommend them to anyone buying a fireplace or spa/pool for their home.

Awful experience. Do not recommend! 7 miserable months.

First, we were sold on a product and vision (involving custom panels for our insert), that when it came time for installation, we were told was a bad idea. The whole sales process felt very disengenuous.
Second, after putting in the order, we were told it would be in by Thanksgiving. However, it didn't show up for another 6 weeks and didn't ever work until well after winter (until early May). During that time, there was gas leaks (they created), major sooting, and a firplace that never worked.
Finally, the seven months were filled with failed promises. In the end, the final product looks okay (definitely not great). The owner is unwilling to consider any kind of discount despite the ridiculuous nightmare that was the last 7 months.

Probably the worst experience I've had as a consumer.

Propane fireplace fix. Customer service fit me into a busy winter schedule. To save hourly rate, we pre-ordered part (would’ve been reimbursed if did not fix issue). Nathan was outstanding, removed and then installed new pilot assembly, cleaned up in couple hours. Awesome service. Thank you.

Do not do business with this company. Both Paul and Jennifer (owners)are the worst. We had a pool installed. Put money down 8-21 and we are 8-23 and still have issues. The quality was the worst and most of there crew were drug addicts. The owners have yet to come and see the mess they created from the pool being put into the ground 8.5 inches off square to having to redo just about everything during the install. They have lost just about all their employees and I’m sure will be out of business soon now only open by appointment. This was our dream that we spent years saving for and now we have what we have. We did our end with the contract and they cost us so much extra due to all their mistakes and never showing up to do the work. All they want is the money and not do a perfect job. When you spend 125,000 on a project you expect a quality job with qualified installers. Just about every time I had to lend them my tools to do the job because they didn’t have what was needed to do the work. When they left the job site I would spend the next hour or so cleaning up their mess. Garbage everywhere. I have to say Brian was the best. (Paul’s Brother) he was in town and helped with our pool cover vault the collapse that was due to poor construction.

If you think you want a pool installed go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and lots of money.

We had a wonderful experience working with this company. We were able to get on their schedule within two days, and their technician was both professional and courteous. Nathan, was thorough in his inspection and clear with operational instructions. Highly recommend this company for their top-notch services.
