Sandra runs a beautiful bridal store, and she is so knowledgeable and down to earth! She really listened to what I was looking for and found several dresses that fit the description well for us to consider. My sister and I came to Sweetheart Bridal and Prom while we were in town from Seattle and it was so worth it. Great selection of high quality dresses within budget, and noticeably more affordable than in bigger cities for new dresses. Sandra explained exactly what alternations would be needed too. I'd highly recommend this bridal shop and wonderful service to friends. Thanks Sandra for all your help!

I don’t even know where to start! But I can’t thank Sandra enough for what she did for me. The experience was amazing and finding my dress was even better! But the best thing out of it was having someone who truly took the time to get to know me and help me chose MY dress. Sandra not only opened up her shop for me super late after I got off work one day, but she truly didn’t care about making a sale or just finding me any dress. All she cared about was finding me MY dress, the dress that would make me happy, and sure enough she did!! Shopping at Sweetheart Bridal was an amazing experience and truly one of a kind. I found my dress first try on. I cried and felt gorgeous, i couldnt have been happier with the experience and everything. She also worked with me on payments so i didnt have to pay the full amount as planning a wedding your forking out alot of cash at once, which was so helpful! She also recommended a wonderful seamstress to make any alterations and changes i needed! Thank you for helping my big day become so perfect!!

Sweetheart bridal and prom made my wedding dress shopping an absolutely wonderful experience. Sandra, and her associate are sweethearts, truly!! I felt like I was walking into my friends shop. I’m a really indecisive person and I actually had to come back to the shop a second time. I went to two other shops (just because and figure out what I like) and those other shops provided no where near the comfort and care that sweetheart bridal and prom provided- which made me go back!! Sandra never made me feel pressured. She only reassured me and brought great insight. The women in this shop work FOR YOU!! They are not just fantastic sales women, but truly awesome people. I wish I could get married 100 times just to have an excuse to buy more dresses from this shop.

I came to sweetheart bridal after having a terrible experience at David's bridal. Sweetheart was the complete opposite of David's bridal. The ladies were AMAZING. They asked all the right questions, helped me in and out of the dresses, and were so kind! They even took me outside with one of their dresses so we could see it in the sunlight. They're just incredible. I found my dream dress and had so much fun. They made the bridal experience what it's supposed to be! Thank you sweetheart bridal!! ♥️

Wow!!! Customer service, attention to detail, selection... Sandra knows how to come along the bride and assist in a stress free way. She is an absolute delight and I can't say enough great things about her. We didn't want to travel to Spokane or Seattle, we wanted to support local... here in our beautiful valley...
