Most of the phone numbers listed for this business, are either disconnected, can't be dialed as listed, or take you to a weird voice mail. I also started getting an immediate uptake in spam phone calls after trying to contact this dealership. Once I finally found a number that was valid, it took 5 transfers to get me to a sale person. Who then wanted all my information before he could even tell me if they had the car in question. I wonder if this is even a legit business

Excellent experience buying our new (to us) 2022 Colorado Z71 Off Road edition! Found the truck and reached out on auto trader. Mayra was quick to reply and answer my questions. Drive over from Cle Elum and met Cord to test drive. He was super friendly, very easy to talk to. We dickered on price very briefly and came to a fair agreement. We had to wait several hours to get though finance as they were down a person, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault and they were as accommodating as they could be.

We LOVE our truck and would definitely recommend Cascade to friends and family. Great truck at a fair price along with very friendly service!

Our salesman Mick Fabian and Finance manager Ted Kincaid were great to work with. We felt welcomed the moment we parked with Mick receiving us with a warm welcome as we stepped out of our car. They answered all our questions and made sure everything was ready for us when we got to the dealership . We traveled 280 miles for this deal. Cascade Auto was the only dealer that had A Duramax 1500 with all the options we wanted and their price beat all the dealers in Portland Oregon. We highly recommend Cascade Autocenter and there staff.

Some dealers drag out the process and make it so you end up spending hours in the dealership, but Ramon ensured that didn't happen. I spent 45 minutes doing paperwork and looking at the truck, then driving away.

I always have a great service experience at Cascade.
Recently shopping for tires. Last minute decided to check with Tyler in the service department. His price was better than the tire stores. And... Tyler found me two rebates! He gave me all the information for the rebate claims, making it a simple process for me.
The shuttle service is a great perk. The driver, Randy, is a great guy. Good conversation.
