Awful customer service from there employee Michael. Just left and never ever coming back. Was rudely welcomed as I was coming in. Rudely asked “what do you need? What are you looking for?” When I already said I’m just browsing. This was after waiting for about 10 minutes outside because there was a store limit, which was fine. But after a long wait, please don’t open in a rude/rushing tone “what do you need? What are you looking for?” Was planning to get Christmas gifts here, as I come here every other week. Not going to another GameStop as long as I live. Will not be recommending to friends or family or any social media platform. I will be sharing this however. Smh. Please work on your social skills, customer service and level of professionalism when dealing with customers. Best of luck. Please do your shopping elsewhere. That employee is rude!!

I have purchase an Xbox with extended warranty on Black Friday for a gift on Christmas. It happened that the Xbox Series X was dead and won’t turn on (I mean it will turn on and turn back off after 30sec). It’s the tired time I came to GameStop to have it reviewed and now I have to get it ships out so they can send me a refurbished one or an used but working one even tho my extended warranty says I could get it replace. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND. Go buy you games, consoles and accessories somewhere else. I already hate GameStop. my original purchase was with Mario in East Wenatchee. Worse ever customer experience. In my entire life.

Have had multiple good experiences with Mario and the other team members. They help make sure you get the best offers available and whatever membership bonuses you have accrued. Definitely take care of their own in my experience. 👍👍

The manager of this particular store is outstanding. Both times I have come in he has been assisting another customers but still ensured that he answered any question we had while still carrying on a Respectful conversation with the previous customer. Not only that but he was also extremely knowledgeable about his products and even convinced us to pre-order a copy of Mystery Dungeon coming out soon as well as purchase the warranty on our controller. Top notch professionalism and customer assistance at this location for sure. I 100% will be coming back

Super rude manager wont be coming back typically we trade in games for our son if he wants something differnet or sell back games if i can buy games they dont have somewhere else. But i had my wife ask and the manager was super rude to her dont plan on spending my money here anymore.
