Do not recommend going to an oil change because because you can’t drive what you came in with because of two leaf that broke an accident waiting ! We could not get it fix an pushy car sale people to buy a new one if Sport Ford Ranger trucks are only good for 5 years ({Wow ) then you push to get a new one ( we weren’t ready for payments had the worst day. Should have. Even happy and thankful, joyful for the new sport bronco 2024 but took a bus to where I lived bucause I ask the salesperson to give us 3 day to think about. Very unhappy and will be pray that Ford we investigate because it can be some life’s!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the folks down at Pat Armstrong. The F150 I bought from them was the first new vehicle I've ever purchased, and the service & downright quality of everything they've done has been outstanding. Positive enough that I've recommended buying new vehicles to several friends that purchase used and just dedicate themselves to "fixing them up". Not worth it. Buy a new Ford.

The service department at Pat Armstrong Ford notified me of a recall issue on my F350. The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue. They were able to schedule me for a home service of my truck within the week and there was no cost to me. The service person was great! He was punctual, friendly and finished with my truck in about 20 min. Super job! This is what customer service looks like!

You can trust the service department to make efforts on resolving issues, even if they are not simple straight-forward things. I have worked with other dealerships and sometimes trying to get warrantee things resolved before the warrantee ends can be so stressful but Pat's guys do want to resolve the issues, would they like to up-sell a few things they can see needs resolving... sure, but as far as I can tell... all of it is in the customers best interest and not fruitless change orders that don't need to be done. I am happy they are available to take my trucks to for any service job.

The mobile on-site oil change service was great. It was nice to meet the technician and he went over what he was going to do. The service is very convenient. He showed up on time and ended on time. I had my oil changed on my lunch break.I would recommend trying it. I plan to use the service again.5-Stars

My car was in and out same day for my repair (water pump, serp belt), the techs were helpful at explaining issues to me.

If I had to crutique one thing. It would be too double check the touch points for greasy palm prints. When I picked up my car it was dark, so I noticed two greasy palm prints in the morning.

But work and customer service was tops.

The people are competent and friendly. Bailey is a great service manager who communicates well. The shuttle service really makes things convenient. .
