Phenomenal experience, can't recommend highly enough. I'm an out of town buyer and Liz, Fabian, and the whole team were personable, and extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process. They worked quickly to ensure that I had all my questions answered about the vehicle in the days before arriving. (And provided more follow up with a couple questions after the purchase!) The entire process was simple and painless, there wasn't any pressure - only help and support.

Update:
So let me clarify.. rock chips happen, but usually there is primer underneath. But my car has rust, that's the problem. First time 6 months into having the car, they touched up the spots. You can clearly see the spots and not smooth. I clearly stated that's not fixing the problem and it's going to continue to chip back off if not worse. Here we are two years into having the car and it's doing it again could be previous spot or new.

I was contacted by owner, clearly stated this. I went yesterday 2/14/25 expecting a change. Nope same spot touch up. No change, it's going to continue.
And no comment or concern about falsely saying it had a turbo. And I had the pleasure of dealing with same horrible cocky salesman ( always forget his name, but he's really short) yesterday

I would give negative if I could. They don't care once you take car off lot. In my experience. Anyone else ever buy a car with paint start chipping with rust underneath, after 6 months. Don't worry it's normal just wash the rust away they said. According to them. When I bought it Guy lied said engine had turbo and it didn't.

I am so happy with my recent car purchase! Sal showed me the new Kicks with AWD. He is very knowledgeable about Nissan and answered so MANY questions about the vehicle and the accessories as well as how it all works. I am thrilled with the vehicle, and impressed with the service and knowledge at the dealership. Sal was courteous, funny, professional and very well versed in the features and options available on Nissan vehicles. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer now my wife and I both had our first dealership purchase here and we're received and handled with care. I worked with Sal and he was an absolute joy to have help me through this mildly stressful first big purchase. This guy is great to chat with while you wait and good at telling you everything about your car. Told me the car i wanted came in with problems and showed them to me. Great dealer even better salesman. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have never had such an overwhelmingly positive experience at a dealership. My old cars transmission went out out of nowhere and I felt so crushed because I wasn’t sure I would have any options beside paying the cost to fix it which was near the cost I still owed on my car, which really wouldn’t have been worth it. Josiah helped me find a car that fits into my lifestyle perfectly and worked with Liz to help me find the best possible cost for my monthly payments. They also helped absorb the loan I still owed. Josiah was so patient with my questions and helped me fully understand the Sentra I was looking at, and Liz went over every inch of the contracts I was signing to make sure I fully understood them. Fabian then helped me get my car ready to drive off the lot. Thank you for everything and I am so happy with my decision. Had a very nice & pleasant experience at the Town Nissan Dealership in East Wenatchee. Ended up buying a 2025 Frontier - they had exactly the model, color, and with the options what we wanted. The sales person - while he is still quite young and only has worked there for a few months (Andrew Prieto) was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He and their finance guy was not pushy either - which we appreciated a lot. It was a great buying experience - this was our first Nissan - we love the truck very much and we are confident that we are in the right hands at Town Nissan with their service team, too!
