Great Experience, Did Not Have Any Trouble With Staff Here, Very Polite, I Got To Drive Off The Lot With New Family Car. I Got To Test Drive It As Many Times As I Wanted, With No Issues. Boss Man Eddy Very Helpful And Open Minded, I Had Zero Issues, Definitely Recommend Discount Motors For Any Purchases. I purchased an SUV here in mid-October. Eddy, the General Sales Manager, was quick to help us out. He answered all of our questions in a kind and professional matter. We really appreciated that he was bilingual. Our process was smooth and fast. He was honest that the SUV needed the timing chain replaced, and their in-house mechanic would get that fixed for us at no cost. We will definitely be going back to Discount Motors, and we HIGHLY recommend Eddy.

We put money down on a 2012 Subaru Impreza hatch back with promise of it being held til we got to come pick it up and confirmed the date was safe. Instead they told us the car was sold as we were on our way to fill out the rest of our paperwork to pick it up and tried to spin it as we weren’t coming to pick it up and told us the car was sold a couple days prior without calling us those days before. Poor business. Poor management. And poor integrity. Will never recommend to a friend or do any sort of business with them again. Horrible people to deal with.
