My husband was a recent patient in the ICU until his death there on March 29, 2025. I would like to thank all those that cared for him, and ultimately me. They were exemplary in their skills, care and compassion. I can't remember all the names, but a few I can remember are Luis, Weston and Nathan.

I would especially like to thank Weston for shaving my husband before his passing and suggest that I play music for him. His suggestions and guidance are truly appreciated.

This Hospital is wonderful with Communication, they were quick to get my boyfriend back for his appointment and finished way sooner than expected which was a blessing living out of County. The front desk staff was wonderful in knowing this and helped us get to the food court they have, which if you or your family are waiting for your loved one to finish, they're appointments and procedures. The food court has many options and is very spacious, so you don't feel like you're on top of everyone.

The emergency room is filthy and outdated. It looks unclean and it's not big enough for this community that continues to grow. I see people come and go without being seen because of the up to 3 hours of waiting for help. Something needs to change. At least send in someone to whipe off some germs every once in a few hours. We Came to get help not get sick. As for the nursers they were great but this place seems understaffed and too small.

Recently My CIR husband was transported from Brewster Hospital to confluence Hospital due to his kidneys and liver. Now, he was visiting with a friend in Brewster and happened to be very sick while he was up there, to make a long story short he was on the third floor, and I would like to thank some of these nurses that took care of him. they’re working on the third floor, the nurse name was Hunter and the other nurses were yanis, Nick, Kaelen, and to mention the other few nurses that took care of Gerald in Rm.3319 and 3340..if the hospital has any awards like the daisy award, I sure would give them this award, last but not least, my husband was moved to 5th floor where he spent his last days, I would like to give the biggest award to nurse SUSAN(day shift) that spent a great deal of effort to ensure that my husband was comfortable and giving him his pain meds when he needed it , and making sure he’s not suffering any pain. And making sure that I was comfortable and not disturbing my sleep…And to the rest of the nurses and the CNA who made sure I was okay and asking if I needed anything..THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, I felt like I was in my hometown…though I’m not from Wenatchee, me and Gerald are from Kitsap county, which I drove 3 1/2 hours to spend the last days with Gerald…thank you all….

The only way to get service is if you go to the ER during the weekdays. I went in during the weekend and was promised someone would follow up Monday for appointments since the ER does not staff all services on the weekend. I’ve been calling several facilities for the past 2 days and I the soonest I can receive care is mid February. This is not health care, this is a joke.

Called the gastrointestinal department for a check up they told me I needed a referral and they could help me spent three weeks getting a referral and reference numbers several hours on the phone. Only to find out they aren’t taking new patients after several weeks of banging my head against the wall. Was hoping to find a medical provider that seemed to care but confluence health doesn’t.

Came here for what turned out to be low blood sugar (not for me but for a family member). Was given every test in the book so we were there a while. But I would rather them be thorough than sloppy ya know? Good and polite employees. I did dislike the fact that the "door" was just a curtain and that we could hear everyone else from the other rooms. I'm sure they could hear us as well. So it was kinda odd in my opinion. I had a colonoscopy today, and I received the best hospital care I've ever had. From admissions all the way thru my departure. CWH is the best! Thank you!
