It's been over two decades since I've had a piercing and my only experience was the piercing gun at Claire's. I decided to go to Integrity Piercing because they are a woman-owned business and had high reviews on Google. I was NOT disappointed.

Chrissy explained the entire procedure and walked me through all the steps taken to sanitize equipment. Her process from start to finish shows a level of professionalism, organization, care, and safety. She was a delight to speak with and my piercing turned out perfectly.

I feel well educated on what to do for my piercing while it's healing and know that I can reach out to Integrity if I have any concerns.

She did an excellent job helping to pick out just the right jewelry, explained the whole process well, and her attention to detail was wonderful. The salon was spotless and she takes great care for a sterile environment and tools. Even though I have had multiple piercings in the past, every piercing is treated the same. She conducts an evaluation and covers the risks and recovery times. She puts you at ease and makes the experience comfortable. Crissy will always get back to you with a question or an emergency. I recommend going to Crissy for any piercing needs.

I was there to get my daughter’s belly button pierced, was supposed to be a fun day for my daughter and I. Was told we couldn’t due to her belly button anatomy (got it done later no problem). Without speaking to me first, the lady (she was very nice) asked if my daughter wanted her nose or eyebrow done instead….My deal with my daughter was I was fine with piercings as long as it wasn’t her face. Felt it was inappropriate to ask a minor what else she would want pierced since she wouldn’t do what we came for and made an appointment for.

This place was immaculately clean! It is really impressive how they sanitize everything in front of you!

Service was absolutely amazing! Whitney took the time to go over the jewelry options with me and the placement on my ear and I really felt like she cared about my long-term satisfaction of the piercing. She even took the time to show me what it would look like if I ever wanted to change it out into a ring instead of a stud. She went over all the aftercare procedures to make sure that I understood how to take care of it.

They had a good selection of jewelry to choose from and I was told their jewelry is guaranteed. So if you lose a stone or something like that, you can contact them and they will either fix it or replace it .Prices were high but it is well worth paying it, I am really happy with my piercing!

Piercings are done by appointment only. That's actually kind of nice because then you don't have to wait in line. They are ready for you when you get there. I highly recommend this place!

I am blown away with the professionalism this establishment has to offer just to start off!

My daughter had a bad experience with another place getting her “ear” pierced and set up a time to meet with the Chrissy the owner operator as she works alongside with her staff.

We had a one on one consultation and my daughter was able to look at the vast array of jewelry they had in stock we spent almost an hour from start to finish for the experience.

She gained my daughter’s trust as was able to inspect and even change to stone out to her favorite color. Chrissy and I both agreed this was a great trust building experience and one day my hopes of my daughter is that she wants to have both her ears pierced instead of one!!

We will be returning and referring as they have not only a vast array of knowledge but also accreditations and cleanliness is top notch! All the sterilization equipment is high grade and systems and processes put in place to protect the client!

A well ran establishment committed to a personal experience that will NOT disappoint!

Would give zero if I could. I made an appointment for my 8 year old to get her ears pierced for the first time. My 6 year old was supposed to get hers done as well at a later day because there wasn’t enough time for them to do 2 piercings that day. No worries that’s fine, but they said on the phone I should bring her in to watch and see if she still wanted it done since it was a last minute decision for her, when her sister has wanted it for awhile. We showed up to the appointment about 10 minutes early, the door was locked, I called to let them know I was there but they didn’t answer. No worries, maybe they were with another client and I was early. We waited another 5 minutes and I called again, no answer. I waited a little bit longer, called again when there was 1 minute until my appointment time. No answer. The lady came to the door and said she heard us standing out there and I said yes I did call like I was supposed to though but no one picked up. She responded very rudely that she wasn’t ready yet, even though there were no other clients there. Weird but not a big deal. The big deal is when she got mad that I brought my 6 year old with me WHEN SHE TOLD ME TO ON THE PHONE. She said we couldn’t all come in so we either had to 1. Make my husband or myself leave and miss out on a milestone, or 2. Leave our 6 year old alone so we could be there for the milestone. Neither of those things were acceptable so we went elsewhere. Had this been told to us before, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Or if she was at least respectful when explaining the situation. But no she was just rude and abrasive. Wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time coming here.
