I just moved into a new home in Cave Springs, AR so I did all my shopping online and worked directly with Colby via phone through the whole process. When everything arrived I was even more surprised because it turned out better than I thought! The style and quality was the best I've seen and I shopped around a lot. Colby was amazing and made sure I was happy along this journey. Even after everything was delivered he called me to make sure it was installed correctly and that I was happy. The staff is amazing and easy to work with. Kept us up to date with shipping information and even brought our nightstands to us free of delivery charge since they didn't arrive with the rest of the bedroom furniture!

The Owner Lady makes up her rules as she goes. She stated she will give us a refund for mattress box, however, buyer be aware, that is store credit. No refund if giving by this pop and mom shop furniture store. Once it is out of this store, there is no going back. Very shady not to have a refund policy.

The building size is a bit misleading there are only 2 fairly small rooms packed with furniture, carpets, and what not. Not really much of a selection to choose from spent just a few minutes looking around and that was enough time to see everything they had. The employee we interacted with was pretty neutral not really friendly or rude, but didn't seem very interested in the customers coming in.
