Delivery of electrical wire is smooth here. Had a 7:30 appointment but was allowed in at 6:50 and was unloaded 7:42. They even helped me get rid of the dunnage and nails with which the reels were loaded on my trailer. Very helpful, very quick, very friendly, and very professional.

The PUD dropped my power line for a tree cutting in my yard. They helped by also moving my internet line at the pole. They were professional and easy to work with. The job started on time and they came back to hang a brand new line right on time. I am very pleased with the whole team at the PUD - thank you.

I'm a little angry I wrote a check dropped it in the pud slot because it was after hours and went on about my life one morning power goes off me thinking there is a power outage nope power shut off because Bill was not paid called them they could not find my check got frustrated and angry yelled at a lady( so sorry) never found the check well I finally found it it was sent back because it was 50 dollars shy si they sent it back because they didn't know how to split it up what the hell you caused me aggravation because you can't do math you could of called but no let's just cause a problem instead
