This review conveys our significant dissatisfaction with the "YOUR STUDIO PLAN" we purchased for $5,500. The delivered services did not align with our expectations and resulted in substantial frustration and wasted time.

Specifically, we received:

-A spreadsheet containing an equipment list with affiliate links.
-A single 30-minute consultation call.
-A 3.5-minute video showcasing the consultant's personal setup, which lacked detailed assembly instructions.

Despite multiple requests, we did not receive any diagrams or visual aids to assist with the assembly process. Consequently, we are left with a partially assembled system that appears to have configuration errors, including components unable to support the intended equipment weight and incompatible connectors.

Given the incomplete and unsatisfactory nature of the service, we requested a quote for on-site completion of the setup. We were provided a "discounted" rate of $6,000, with the explanation that a comprehensive, "soup-to-nuts" setup typically costs $15,000.

Luria claims that we had a technical expert that would build the system, that was never stated in any way. This discrepancy between the promised deliverables of the $5,500 plan and the actual service provided is unacceptable. Therefore, we cannot recommend Luria and her team. We request that you review this matter and consider appropriate action to address our concerns.
