Honestly I don't think enough of us appreciate what burgerville tries to do, and how good we have it (like so many aspects of society). Some of these menu items make zero sense to me at a fast food restaurant but they are so much more inspired and delicious and quality than the competition. Today I had the breakfast biscuit which is relatively bland compared to the other spicy breakfast items, but so incredibly delicious. Those red onions and face Rock cheddar oh my God. Sure sometimes the order get screwed up or whatever, and the point of sale system is still bonkers, but this is like another world of quality compared to looking across the street at McDonald's (in Vancouver) full parking lot and realizing that too many people have a really low standards for food and just eat crap because it's cheap.

The 1/4 colossal burger was dry. The Jojo potatoes were crispy on the outside and piping hot. They were very good and hearty. My daughter had the sweet cream shake and it was very good. The location was off a main street with an abundance of parking.

I decided to try Burgerville since I lived in Vancouver, WA, for a while. I was surprised that they only have locations in the Portland area and that they started in Vancouver, WA! Also, it’s great to see how they consider sustainability a foundation and are trying to be 100% wind-powered; no wonder the price is a little bit higher. I will go again and try another burger.

It wasn't bad, but the patties are so tiny that I have to buy a double patty burger to feel like there's more meat than condiments. Otherwise, it feels like I'm eating a sauce sandwich. They taste okay, very little meat. In my personal opinion, it's not worth how much you have to pay for it. Very kind staff, really oddly set up parking lot and drive through.

It’s been a while since I’ve been at Burgerville and we just had a burgers here three of us to the basket one with not our meal was over $60. He was OK but thought he was overpriced. I was at the crave grill a few weeks ago and a Burgerville and crave grill prices are the same pretty much if you want the best burger here And they use a Kobe beef, which is the better product at the crave grill. Not sure why it’s so expensive here, but I don’t see the value in what I’ve had.

The small milkshake was delicious and thick. The #6 Burger seemed small for the price, and average on the flavor side. The crispy chicken sandwich was just average, but the brioche-style bun was nice. The "large" fríes were not impressive either in serving size or flavor. $37 for 2 lunches. Price shock!

I usually love burgerville, but I haven't been there for a long time, so I didn't know yall stopped training your workers at this location. The other day I ordered a double beef classic cheeseburger, rosemary string fries, and a small hazelnut bliss shake. A few things happened. 1) my shake cup was left with over an inch of room in the top while my friend's was full to the brim, and idk if you still offer whipped cream but it wasn't even offered to hide the meager pour. 2) my burger had a single patty, which I'm glad the worker kindly took my basket to add a second. However, 3) while the worker had my basket, he fully dumped my fresh rosemary fries, of which I'd only eaten perhaps 7, and replaced them with a bag of ancient classic fries. I think he was trying to be nice, and he said something about how it was a "refill," but my bag had been full already, and the new fries, as I mentioned, had obviously been sitting around for a while.
I hate being a Karen, but with the rare amount of times I go to burgerville and the increasing prices, this was...a lot.

I was amazed at how organized the employees of this Burgerville were. It was very, very busy...so many people coming in to pick up mobile orders, people ordering at the counter and drive through. I could tell their manager was very patient, showed respect to each employee, and had everyone in each station, making everything go smoothly. It could have been chaotic but it wasn't. Awesome job guys!
