March 11 2025 - Since we found this company it has been our go to place. We started back in 6/ 2023 and we always return here . We have the best experience and get great results. So yesterday my LG front loader washer alerted us a code OE, washing machine tub was not draining, So before we called this company we had a drain company come out and check the drain pipes for clogs just to make sure it wasn't a clogged drain. Laundry room drain pipe was clear and good. That being said we called Mr. Appliance Ryan ( our go to guy ) came out the next day. He checked the drain pipe and gave it an all clear. It was the water pump , ( he said it was common in LG washers ) going bad, making a growling sound . and had a tub full of water. My advice is have your model and serial # prior to calling so they can have a part on them if available, and Ryan did have one with him, Yay ! He installed it and we are good to go. All Wives and Mothers know that feeling oh ! ^$@*%? the washer machine is not working crap.... Ryan saved my day, A good guy, proffesional, knowledgable, experienced and explains as he was doing along with my husband.. reasonable rates, depending , ( more than we expected this round ) , community based , This company is in the neighborly home services. I found through Bob Villa - Yes , I did ! Ryan is good to us, and we always ask for him. * Seems harder to find a honest good company that you can trust. I don't have to look any more now. I found it with Mr. Appliance . We highly recommend
* Previous App guy different company said we needed a part , we paid and he never returned . Back in June 2023 Ryan said it was a faulty outlet. Son of a pickle ...
* It was mentioned prior by Ryan to get the Affresh washing machine cleaner for once a month cleaning cycle. cleaning your machine and drain.

Everyone I spoke with to arrange my oven getting fixed were friendly, helpful, and professional. Emilio was our technician. He came out in the window we were given, was very friendly and professional upon arrival. He definitely knew what he was talking about, found the problem with the oven within a few minutes and walked through what he needed to do to fix it. He went and picked up the part and had it fixed within minutes when he got back. On top of taking care of our oven, he also talked with our child about art projects he had done and made his day. I would recommend this company for anyone needing appliance repair and I would definitely recommend asking for Emilio if he is available.

Love these guys! I had a broken washer and 7 people in my household so I've been doing laundry in the tub for the past month while working with a different company that had to come out multiple times. Not the easiest thing when I'm coming up on my third tri of pregnancy.
Emiliano was my tech and he was an absolute angel. This man is a literal ray of sunshine and a joy to be around- plus he fixed my washer in a matter of a few days between the diagnostic visit and the repair after we got a new control board in. He also told me about the things the other company hadn't been doing that they'd said they did. Love the honesty, efficiency, and outstanding customer service I received.
Seriously- don't bother with anyone else, these guys are the best and so up front about pricing and timeliness and what's going on with your appliances. They're the only ones I'll ever call again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please Please stay away from this company. I had called to inquire about an oven ignitor replacement. The person I spoke to told me it shouldn't cost more than $200 and that they had that part on hand in their van. Given this information, I proceeded with making an appointment. Well, when the service guy came out, they didn't have the part and the cost went up to $500.

Long story short, I've been disputing the trip charge. This company takes zero accountability. I've been trying to sort this out but they are not willing to accept any kind of responsibility. This company will bait and switch you. Steer clear of this awful company!

Scheduling is not easy. When we called back and was able to get a time frame from 2pm - 4pm (and my text for appointment confirms that), they said they were on their way at 1:15pm. I called the office to let them know we would not have someone there until 2pm to let them in but they proceeded to argue with me that our appointment was from 1:30pm - 3:30pm (it’s not) and they couldn’t guarantee the technician would wait. Very frustrating for those of us that have to put in PTO to get this worked out.

Emiliano is an excellent technician. Courteous, friendly, professional, fast. The company kept us constantly in the loop with efficient communications. They also did their best to expedite service appointments. Finally, they are an honest company that only repairs or replaces what actually needs to be done. Highly recommended.

Emelio from Mr. Appliance was fantastic! He was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home while repairing our dishwasher. When parts needed to be ordered, he made the process seamless and returned the following week to complete the job. I highly recommend his service!
