Don't go with this company. Run away from this dishonest company. They tried to get you in the contact then won't care. I've been having a few merchant companies, and this is the worse merchant company I ever had. I had a flat rate 1.7% with my merchant, and they called and convinced me even though I declined, but they kept insisting, convincing and promising me that they could help save $400-$500/month. After the first month they charged me the processing fee $400-$500 more than I paid for the previous merchant company. I tried to call the sale guy and sale manager who rushed me sign up the contract, and they didn't want to talk to me, and they told me and transferred me over to customer service. The sale man is Chris carlstrom, and the sale manger is Rachel baker. Please don't get any services from them. You'll lose a lot of time and money if you have their service. I'm so regret to sign up the contract with them, and now I have to pay $250 for termination fee, and I don't know how much for leasing equipment. I'll get a good Attorney now!

This company is a big scam. Their sales people will lie to you just to screw you over. We were contacted many times by this Betty lady. She called non stop like for 4 months. So, one day, we thought we would give them a chance, since she offered that if we were not satisfied with their product, we can simply return it within 90 days. (She was that sure that we would love their product) She made us to go a website, "some formalities" she called, we had to click here and there, then we received the product. Before I had chance to open, one of my banker friends noticed the fine print about the 48 month lease, so without even opening the box, I mailed it back. they already charged me multiple times to my account, so I called them and told them not to charge me anymore since I mailed the product back, and put a letter in there. They told me that I signed a non-cancelable lease for the next 4 years, so there was no way out. i mentioned that Betty told me 90 day trial period. They said she was not with the company anymore, and I had to continue paying my dues. Since, they were not helpful at all, after 100 phone calls, I hand it over to my attorney. Now, we're suing them in our local court so we can get out of this fraud.
it is a shame that a company has to fraud you into a contract to make you use their product. I would never give my business to a dishonest, unethical company like this.
This company works with/for First Data Global Leasing, so once you sign the contract, you don't even deal with the Direct Processors anymore, It's First Data. And they won't stop harassing you. I hope this nightmare will be over soon. And if you're reading this, do not ever lease a product, it is a lot cheaper just to buy it. Google "First Data Global Leasing". Read all the reviews, do your research before you sign into anything.

Pretty horrible company--misleading, often hard to reach, and happy to keep charging you unnecessary fees in the hundreds at every turn.

Dishonest salesman promised me no-hassle no-swipe 1% rates for a $99/month fee plus equipment rentals but neglected to tell me that that low rate only applied on non-rewards cards--obviously everyone uses rewards cards and when I include the monthly fee I was paying upwards of 5%. If I didn't use any processing in a month (seasonal business), I had to call them and tell them to not charge me the fee.

After 6 months of annoyance, back to Square I go, if I can ever get an answer on how to return my non-working equipment (Clover sucks) to Direct Processors. 3.1+% on no-swipe cards through Square is still a lot better than dealing with DP, at least you know what you're getting into. Avoid!!! Almost exactly as bad as I would expect a company based in Vancouver, WA to be.

Direct Processors contacted us to process our credit cards. They looked at our statement and said they could save us money by offering a 1% interest rate on all cards. When going over the contract, I specifically asked if there was anything that would get a higher rate. I was told that Government Cards would be 2.99% and since we are a Prom and Bridal Store we wouldn't have to worry about that. We received our first statement today and we are being charged 2.99% for all cards that are rewards cards or any "special" type of card. This is a large part of our business because of the large cost, they want the points associated with the purchase. I specifically asked Warren if rewards cards were a higher rate and I was told no, they are not. This company will not return our phone calls and we cannot get any type of resolution to this. They also did not disclose that I would be signing a 3rd party lease agreement on the equipment.

I have been a client of this company for many years now. We are a service provider, a fishing guide service to be exact. Because of Covid-19 and the stay-at-home orders we have experienced many cancellations, therefore needing to refund many people for their deposits. This company has flagged our account because of unusual activity and is holding several thousand dollars that belongs to us. I can't get anyone to respond to me and get this straightened up, this has been going on for 3 weeks now. My next step is to contact an attorney. I would think twice before doing business with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Lied to about my contract by Merchant Solution Center who recruits for direct processors. Was told I could do a month to month contract with a $250 cancellation fee. They "analyzed" my current processing statement and were adamant I would save money with them. Ended up paying $700 more over 3 months than my previous processor. Every time I called they gave me the run around and never fixed the problem. When I cancelled, they proceeded to try to charge me $4000 for a cancellation fee saying I was in a 36 mth contract. After numerous calls and never being able to speak to the supervisor, Sierra, they "reduced" my cancellation fee to $1000! They refused to listen to my complaints about being lied to and insisted there was nothing else they could do. I sent a long letter outlining everything and still no response from anybody in charge. They are liers and cheats!!! They should be out of business by now the way they treat their customers. I am absolutely livid. They are threatening to send me to the collectors if I don't pay. Avoid this company like the plague and spread the word. At least someone else can avoid being taken advantage of like I was.

They have us locked into a 5 year contract (they told us 24 hr payouts and they are actually 48) and yet, they haven't sent us a statement in over a year. I have called them and they always say it will get taken care of and it never is. There must be a way I can get out of this contract without costing me a ton!

UPDATE: No one ever answers the phone anymore. They barely answer emails. It takes 2-4 weeks to receive any sort of response via email. They sent us a letter telling us our rates were going up and to contact them if we were disputing it. I contacted them, and of course, never heard back and that was 7 months ago. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that isn't some sketchy business where people may or may not work there more than once a week.

I'm the owner of North West Precision Audio. I was worried about switching my credit card processor due to all the horror stories that I've heard. But these guys were very professional and have actually saved me money. So far customer service has been great and every time that I need to talk to my sales representative it's easy to get him on the phone! I suggest to anyone looking to save money take a leap of faith, give them a shot, it might benefit your business as it has mine..
