I recently purchased ROM upgrades for my T3 from Matt's Basement Arcade and wanted to share my experience with Matt Morin's exceptional service. While installing the upgrades, I accidentally damaged one of the ROMs. I reached out to Matt for help and his response time was incredible! He provided me with all the information I needed to fix the issue and went above and beyond by sending me a new ROM for just the cost of shipping.

I ordered some NVRAM and he shipped it right away and sent me the tracking info. I kept checking the USPS tracking info and after about two weeks of no changes, I contacted him to see if he could look into it. He did and basically the post office said it was lost and there was nothing they could do about it. I needed another rom and ordered that and he threw in the NVRAM I ordered a few weeks back and they both showed up within a few days. Matt’s customer service before, during and after the sale is second to none. I will continue to do business with him and highly recommend his store for all your arcade needs!

The burning was quick, packed well and when I'd uploaded the wrong file he was very quick to respond. The eproms worked perfectly as well. I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm looking to burn genesis roms
