I have been in numerous times picking up construction materials for my husband and I never really know what I’m supposed to get when there’s more than one option which is almost always. The employees are very helpful every time. Today I went to get lumber and the 2 young men, 1 being the owners son, and another young man loaded it and then took the time to not only unravel the mess of tie downs in our truck, but then secured the lumber and showed me how to work them for future. I appreciated them so much and I got back home without incident. Thank you for you customer service.

The only place outside of Tucson that carries certain items. I needed 7/8" ID hose to hook up my air gap for the dishwasher and only Sierra had it. Same thing for industrial wiring plugs.
