I went in to get my breast pump, and the people working were AMAZING!!!! Not only do they bill my insurance for me, but they explained the process in order to make sure that I would not have to pay out of pocket if my Insurance did not cover it. Their new process takes a bit longer than I had anticipated but it ensures that my Insurance has all of the required information. So for anyone that is wanting a breast pump you should go see the friendly staff that will go out of their way to assist you.

Norco is just incredible. Because it's so rare to find a female working a labor position a lot of places don't have female ready gear for clothes but norco went out of their way to take such good care of me they allowed me to sample gloves when I needed female size small winter ready gloves , they replace a jacket that was damaged within 2 weeks simply because of my job at no expense because they know how hard it is female small good quality labor clothes and they're always so friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for cheap, you're going to get cheap. They're not expensive but they are worth every penny. For every bit of my work gear I will go to Norco.

Horrible service. My wife called and asked if they would accept our insurance for a breast pump. They said sure and just come on in. We ask if we could come in Saturday, they said sure. We took the hour drive on Saturday. Upon arrival they said they could not check the insurance, because it was Saturday. Then they suggested we come back during the week, which was impossible because we both worked. Then they suggested we send a family member in during the week with our insurance card. Finally "I" made the suggesting that they take our insurance information and chexk during the week and then we could come back next Saturday and pick it up. They said that would work and that they would call us during the week and let us know. Thursday night came around and no call. We called them, and asked what was up. They said they did not have any of our info and had no idea what we were talking about. So I will not be giving them our business. Horrible customer service. If you can get it somewhere else I would.

I’ve always been treated exceptionally well from the first time I walked in, Dallas and Tony are Great people who always strive to do the best thing for the customer. I’ve been Doing business with Norco since 2017. Norco's staff has the skill and knowledge to help you with whatever you need. Whether you know everything about welding or nothing about welding they always treat you well. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. If I ever have a problem it’s always resolved on the spot with a credit issued that day. I won’t even waste my time going to Oxarc or A&L simply because of the outstanding customer service offered. I used to have a business account with Oxarc and the difference between the two is night and day. Norco will price match anything you want and they stand behind you the customer if there’s ever an issue. Contaminated gas? No problem. Low pressure cylinder? no problem. They also carry the highest quality equipment available in the industry. Unlike Oxarc they won’t try to sell you a Chinese TIG torch at the same price as a CK. Norco really has the best people And products in the industry hands-down. No one cares more about welding and Norco. Thank you for providing such great service!
