I can’t say enough good things about Michael and Brickhouse Limo. He showed up early, the bus was immaculate and he dealt with 10 screaming pre teen girls for 2 hours. The price he charged was way better than any other quote I received from other Richmond area companies. I would highly recommend you book your next party with Brickhouse. You won’t be disappointed. We used BHT limousine for our son's prom. The communication with Michael was great!! We even had some last minute changes but they were very accommodating and worked with us. The limo was there before the agreed upon time and my children had a great time. They went out of their way to make sure our kids had a great night with complementary non-alcaholic sangria which they really enjoyed. They even allowed them to take pictures with the limo before leaving for the prom. I will definitely be using them again!!

Overall 10/10 service. The party bus we rented for my bachelorette party was perfect and had all the features you would want in a bus. Brickhouse was very flexible and accommodating to us, even when I was running late to my own party! He kept great communication with me before and throughout the event. I am so thankful we were able to book his services! I would look no further for all your transportation needs!

We could not find a limousine service for my son’s prom. I signed up for this service and they connected me with Brickhouse Transportation. Mike called and he was very personable and professional. He explained his prom packages and how everything would work. The day of the prom he stayed in contact with us until he arrived to our pick up destination. He was very patient! His professionalism was just as good as it was over the phone! He stayed in contact with us through the night until he dropped my son off at home! I would highly recommend Brickhouse Transportation for any of your transportation needs! I would definitely use them again!
