Long time cider drinker, first time brunch eater. Simple and tasty options, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Orders came out quickly and service was on track. Coffee is available, but doesn’t appear on the menu.

Okay okay!!!! We got food to go and loved it!! I got the Smokehouse burger it was SO Good!!! They put a lot of amazing wonderful things on that, we all and my kids and I loved the fires too! We are so glad to have this high level quality of food out here, as other burgers are just not as good. I cannot wait to try the other food. My wife loved her food too! We will be back! Thanks for amazing quality and great food! Love that out here at the courthouse area we have another high quality fresh chef prepared food / Restaurant! We will see you again soon! The lady I talked to was also so nice! 5 stars all the way!

Looking for a Brunch Spot in Spotsylvania? Look No Further than Cider Lab! 🥐🍳 We arrived when they opened at 10 and enjoyed a mouthwatering breakfast burrito with bacon. We also shared a kids' pancake and sausage. The service was fast, the food was delicious, and of course, the cider was exceptional! A great start to the day! - Cider lab - Spotsylvania

I like that they have a window to order food and you can pay and leave without having to wait to be served your check. I was surprised it seemed like rib meat on the pulled pork sandwich, very tender. The burger itself was a bit strange to add to pulled pork, like holy cow calories.. but it wasn't bad. The burger meat lacked flavor compared to the pork. I thought maybe they used pre-packed burgers instead of doing it themselves, but can't be sure. I asked for no pink and there was a lot of pink in mine. I enjoyed the food though, solid 4 stars. I will be back to try the Brussels Sprouts. The chips and dip were very good too.

Negatives: Sticky table made me nervous about cleanliness and the water tasted very bad, not triple filtered, not R/O.

Cider blends are inventive and well crafted. Flavor combinations are creative, thoughtful, and fun without getting pretentious. Food is solid pub favorite style faire that goes well with the cider. A small patio allows for dogs to join their humans for a nice time out. Very well done all around.

Gourmet burgers, small bites, and appetizers are their choices for eats. As the name implies, they are a small-batch cidery, providing a large assortment of ciders, perrys, and jerk’ms. It is a fun little place for small group gatherings or just a nice meal with friends & family. On Thursday’s, they have a friendly trivia night. We went here on a Thursday, to enjoy a good meal and try our hand at a bit of trivia, too. The two of us split the charcuterie board and the Chef Specialty Burger. Tonight’s special burger was a full-sized burger with a complete fish filet on top! For drinks, we chose the cream soda on tap. While the charcuterie board was just your typically fare, tasting good and fresh, the special burger was the star of the show. The burger was cooked just right and the battered fish filet was perfection! The house-made chips on the side were a nice touch, too. Every single staff person we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, attentive and serving with a smile. The main person in charge of the trivia game made it a fun evening for all. The prices for food were a bit high for the appetizers, and slightly above average for the gourmet burgers, in my opinion.

We were waiting in line for the Italian restaurant ITAVIE across the street, and we came here just for a quick drink. It turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. We liked everything, from the scientific design🧪, the relaxing vibe to the special flavors of the apple 🍎 and pear 🍐 cider. We particularly liked the kiwi and strawberry cider. Their food was also pretty good. We enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and southern BBQ burger, and the artichoke and spinach burger was just okay. Overall, it’s truly a hidden gem! Great first visit. Staff very knowledgeable and attentive. Ciders were lite and great taste. The birria grilled cheese and onion rings were amazing!!! Can't wait to come back to try some other food items and ciders!!
