TERRIBLE COOPERATION WITH THE COMMUNITY. I have an easement road through my yard. They are logging (first time in aprox 20 years) and using the road which is their right. All I want to know is "how much longer until finished." As I'm waiting to list my house for sale until they are done. I've left 3 very nice voice mails for PAUL BUCKLAND" I've also left messages withe two secretaries. I always let thm know I'm aware it's their right and have no issues and would just apprectaie knowing the timeline estimate. NOT ONE PERSON CARED TO TAKE THE 60 SECONDS NEEDED TO CALL ME BACK.

Watch out for the Yard Dogs!

I don't know what their issue is with truck drivers, but everytime I come here, I end up with them telling me I didn't park my empty trailer right (either too far from the next trailer or can't be in front of another empty trailer).

Now, the last time I came here, this one yard dog started harassing me and started a beyond RIDICULOUS argument and situation.

This place needs to REALLY examine who they hire for Yard Dogs. It seems like most of them are discarded truck drivers who can't get a job with a trucking company and are left being boring yard dogs.

TEACH your Yard Dogs that they need to LEAVE TRUCK DRIVERS (ESPECIALLY WOMEN DRIVERS) ALONE!!!!

I'll do my job; tell them to mind their own business and worry about THEIR own job!

On June 13th, my son was in an accident involving their broken fence that was completely covered over the sidewalk. He was forced to either go onto Argonne (a very busy road) or hit the fence and had only seconds to decide. He hit the fence. He was brought to urgent care, told he’s VERY lucky because of how close to a major artery he was, and then sent to the emergency room, where he received several stitches. Inland Empire, or the “paper mill,” denies all fault, which is ironic since immediately following his accident, their employees were outside fixing the fence AND it was caught on a camera from a surrounding business.

Don't let google map intimidate you, truck entrance is fairly easy to find, at the intersection of N Argonne Rd and E Empire Ave (It is also Euclid ave to the west, it become E Empire ave once pass N Argonne Rd), the entrance is on E Empire ave. Staff are friendly, fast unload, you have to do blindside back in at some dock. They even have shower in the restroom of driver lounge, located around the corner of building of dock 5 (that where I unloaded).

Security guards at the gate are cool, they are doing construction work back by the loading docks right now so pickups are drop and hook right now and the yard dog runs the trailers back to the Loading Docks. In the winter time, if the security guards tell you that need to put chains on to get to the drop yard put them on because if you get stuck on the inbound road to the drop yard you're really hosed.
