We replaced 13 windows in our house. Our first crew, Brandon G, Thomas G, Austin A & Alex G did a wonderful job! They installed 12 of the windows over a 3 day period in freezing weather conditions. They were polite, friendly and very professional, protected our floors & furniture and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. They didn't mind explaining the details of the install to us and answering the questions we had about the install. Our second crew came a week later to install the final window that had been delayed in shipping. Trevor L, Vince C, Dylan L and Marshal B also did a wonderful job! They operated in the same polite, friendly and professional manner as the first crew, getting their install done in 1 day and they were fortunate to have a little warmer weather. Our project manager Jay T did a great job setting up our project. We love our new windows and have already noticed a difference in how much warmer our home is now. Thank you guys, you did a great job!

We were told we would get some amazing doors. And for the price, which was outrageous, we expected to be blown away. Extremely disappointed in the quality of these doors. None of these issues should exist at the cost of these doors. Exposed screws. Hardware and joints not flush. Jiggling handles. Door doesn’t seal tightly and shakes with the wind. No attempt to color trim. A good contractor would have taken care of everything for half the price. Under no circumstances should you purchase their products.

After talking with them they are acting like they can send out a crew and make these doors not terrible garbage. I know they can’t. These doors are not quality. I could have ordered doors off Temu and hired a handyman and got the same results.

The windows look absolutely beautiful on our home. The installers, Vince C and Jermaine R were on time and they spread runners throughout the house to protect the floors and took every precaution to ensure nothing was damaged. We have worked with other installer over the years and these two were the most polite and pleasant that we have ever worked with. I can truly say you get what you pay for.

If I could rank more stars I would. The whole process was so smooth - from the free consultation session with Floredeliz C and Steve G to Gavyn P checking in with the progress. The installation crew were even more amazing! Vince C - Preston G - Jesse F; I cannot express enough gratitude for them. Very professional! Very efficient. Walked me through the process the whole time. And the end result was beyond what I expected. I am already looking at replacing the rest of my windows in the next year.

Highly recommend Renewal by Anderson if you want the smoothest and least stressful way of replacing your windows and patio door!
