I had a break in my pipe work from my water tank from my well due to the cold weather.

Angie quoted $400+ to have someone fix it …however having shown Brian the coupling part that had freeze fractures he was able to provide parts which allowed me to repair it for < $16.00 ! The 1:1 personal help is perhaps THE reason I will choose this plumber over Home Depot!!

The owner and associate were excellent at providing customer service and found the exact part we needed at an affordable price comparable to Amazon and other online shopping sites.

Home Depot and Lowe’s couldn’t figure it out over the phone and weren’t willing to go look.
