LS is a quiet personal shopping center. You're welcomed into the sewing family by warm, polite, and knowledgeable people that treat you with respect. You're not cut off or rushed. I switched over from Joann's over a year ago. Classes for embroidery and sewing offered. Accuquilt dies, cube starter sets, and more available.

I wanted to buy a sewing machine part for a Christmas gift. This was the closest Bernina dealer.
I emailed asking if they had stock or could order it. They quickly replied they could find one for me. That's where the good customer service ended. Multiple emails and phone calls unanswered. I ordered my part online instead.

Had a small issue with my little cheapie sewing machine and he fixed it right there. Then I wandered through walls of gorgeous fabric. So well kept and so nice and clean! I had no idea this place was here or I’d have skipped the big name place elsewhere!

My embroidery machine needed a spa day, so I decided to try Longview sewing. The staff was super informative. Rachel went out of her way to answer all my questions. They allowed me to look around at all the machines without trying to high-pressure sell me into a new machine. Their fabric selection was amazing and such high quality. I will gor sure be using them in the future.

It took me awhile to find this place but it has everything I have been wishing for. Large, clean, bright and comfortable sewing/quilting room. The staff/instructors have been great with me. At times I need a little extra help and they are there for you. The owner is a pretty nice fellow also. The times of the classes seem really nice during the rainy season (especially for us mature women) and it's always light out side.
If you love being in the kitchen well that's another reason to stop by. The merchandise is of quality status so you will not be replacing items constantly.
Oh yea, they have fabrics, notions, accessories (quilting/sewing) and TOP of the line machines.
My sanity has much improved since finding Longview Sewing and Kitchen. 🤓🤗

Dropped my machine off a few weeks ago for repair/tune-up and was very impressed by the first impression.
Got my machine back today - a good cleaning (that was embarrassing) from hard use over too long between tune-ups (and I'm assuming pet hair) and finding out I had picked up a wrong bobbin set somewhere along the line causing the bobbins to attempt escape. They got my machine back to its great self again!
We've traveled all over the country - this place impressed me over the others. Prices were spot on for the services provided and they were very polite. I'll definitely be back for future needs and the next machine when it's time. Very much recommend this place.

I had my machine cleaned and looked at here. They did an awesome job! Very knowledgeable and helpful in addition to the quality products and advice offered. We are fortunate to have a quality store like this so close by. They take pride in what they do. Will definitely recommend to others.
