I'm generally a fan. Reasonable prices, helpful/friendly staff and their remnants section is super handy. Be careful however with their cutting.

I recently had some 4x6 1/4" wall rectangular tubing cut up into "wedges" with pretty specific angles. Interestingly those angles were pretty good but the 90deg cuts were more like 89.5deg. I'd expect 90s to be pretty darn close as a standard stop on the machine. When I queried them they said that cuts are +/-2deg and they usually try for +/-1deg. I don't really know what the industry norms are (usually cut stock myself) but that seems pretty far off for a standard 90deg cut. Summary, check your cuts.

FWIW all the laser cutting and even the (limited) shearing comes out fine.

Great Team there in design and responsiveness. For a big specialty metals company assist the small commercial building Owner with a few water jet cut stainless steel hung plate signs, I've been very impressed with their service and pricing. I'd recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We had 2 large 3’x5’ steel laser cut panels made. The panels were a good price but we didn’t realize and were not told the design picked out would create several area that flop around. Since these panels were to be a rigid part of our fence we will now need to have all loose areas welded somehow otherwise
the steel will not look right but will also be a possible danger due to sharp edges etc.

Need some sheet and bar stock for a home project. Found it and more at a great price. Had to price a few things out and they were patient as I figured out exactly what I was going to use from their surplus bins. Good selection, good price if you need metal products.

BAD COMPANY!!! Crooks! Do NOT do business with this company, they lied about a refining quotation adding charges not in the quote adding up to 25% more charges 25% less money paid out.
Sorry I ever sent my precious metals to them. "Fool me twice" I don't think so.
