Delightful meal and service during the annual holiday bazaar. Do make a point to stop in when visiting Tieton Try the mac-n- cheese with baco and the meatballs. We'll done Chef Craig and team. The retail is still there too!

We were a little nervous about the “communal table” concept as we were looking for a bit of privacy, but we went on a Wednesday and the atmosphere was perfect! A few other tables, but the service was impeccable and the food was INCREDIBLE! Devin, our server, was so helpful with suggestions and explanations! The cocktails were unique and delicious. The steak was like no other steak we’ve ever had: crisp finish on the outside but cooked to medium rare perfection. The blue cheese butter topping added an incredible flavor profile! All of the dishes were delicious but the steak was our favorite! We will definitely be back soon!

A must try!
I had the pleasure of dining at this cozy restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The dishes prepared by top-notch chef Drew were simply divine. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. The service was also impeccable - the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place for an evening out with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. My friend and I made reservations for the chef's choice menu. Delicious food and excellent service, especially Devon! (Sorry if I misspelled her name). She was well informed about the dishes and very friendly. If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would. Every plate that was brought to our table was divine. We especially liked the curried cauliflower and the braised Asian pork dish. We will definitely be returning.

We went to Nomad for our 43rd Anniversary and Chef Craig delivered. It was an amazing experience. The food is amazing from appetizers to desserts. You need to try this place. Great service.

Excellent. This is an establishment that offers class and cozy vibes you can’t find in the Yakima valley. A touch of the mountains, a little splash of Europe and local cuisine come together for an elevated experience. We can’t wait to share this gem with other friends and family. Recommend to book ahead of time. Restaurant is in the small town of Tieton which was cute and clean. Has a small mercantile in the restaurant. There are individual tables and a common table. Food was very good (I didn’t think the steak was very good but otherwise everything was solid), atmosphere was friendly also. Presentation of each dish was amazing! I did not capture a photo of everything we ordered.
