NW Etch is a ten out of five stars. From Terry to Lisa to Ken and many more I've not had the pleasure of dealing with directly, they are simply wonderful to work with. The etches I have received are first rate and usually exceed my expectations, especially since I often push the boundaries of what can be successfully etched! The NW Etch crew will work with you to ensure the job you get is perfect. They answer the phone and email right away and truly make you feel that you are the only customer who matters at that moment. I may not be a "big" customer, but I've never felt my job was of lesser importance to them. I am grateful to have found NW Etch for my photo etching needs.
