AVOID THIS COMPANY - they do not deliver products agreed upon and will not sort out issues. I have a had a few orders with this group and the issues are horrible.

Major quality concerns, timelines they commit to have been missed each time, and the communication from the company is horrible. They lack integrity is sad to see.

Product arrived with the wrong specs and was 3 weeks late. Customer needed the legs for a rental property so I had to pay an additional $800 to get another customer to rush to repair their issues. Csonka offered me less than a $150 refund on my order.

If you choose to do business with this group be very very cautious, and pay with credit card so you can rely on your bank to get your money back.

What a great experience. I was in need of 3 sets of legs to complete some live edge outdoor benches that I wanted to use for a upcoming wedding event. Of course, I probably waited too long to order, but after hearing my sob story, the team at Csonka's came through with flying colors. They completed the legs in record time, including clear coating... and I now have 3 beautiful sets of legs to complete my project in time for the event. Thank you Csonka's. I will happily use your team for all my future metal needs.

UPDATE: Oct 23rd, 2020 3:00 PM CST... UPS is looking into the lost package the seller has claimed. Although I did have confirmation and it seems they are lying about it since the driver noted it was delivered directly to them.

I also just finished speaking with Amazon and they have validated my claim as I had photos to prove the poor quality and evidence to prove I shipped the package back and it was delivered. They have refunded my money and will be having another department investigate the seller for their products and mistreatment of me.

So I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this seller as they are very dishonest.

To start with I wasn't going to post a negative review and told the seller that if they worked with Amazon to get my refund from the poor quality product I received I wouldn't. As it' been well over a month now, I submitted the refund request within a few days of the purchase, and I'm still waiting on Amazon's A to Z claim as the seller never accepted the return and has not provided my refund. So I'm not going to be nice anymore.

This is the second time I've purchased this type of bracket from this seller. First ones were great and worked perfect, honestly loved them and was super happy. The second round of them I just recently bought were not correctly bent nor did they match the first set in the slightest even though the measurements were the exact same. It wouldn't have been so bad if they at least held a standard 1x6 like they're designed to do, but after trying a couple on the wall the poor workmanship on the bends made it so the board wouldn't even sit properly as the distance between the wall and the lip was to short.

After trying to do a refund and never fully getting any legitimate response I was forced to go to Amazon to get my refund as the seller still as not accepted it. They now have an A to Z claim against them in review in order to sort this mess out and I had to go someplace else to get my shelf brackets just so I could put my office back together.

I can not express how disappointed I am with the products and the seller getting such a good product the first time and then getting such poor quality junk the second time not to mention the poor customer service and limited responses. I see you guys posting about people leaving poor reviews in spite, but that's exactly what you did just because I was unhappy with poorly made brackets by not accepting my refund.

I've ordered a few times now and they make great products. However, the lack of response from them is not acceptable. I ordered a product that had 2 day shipping and I received my notification that the items were shipped on the 28 Dec 2022. However when I checked tracking there was no movement on my items until the 3rd of January and it said my items would be delivered on 10 January 2023. That's not quite 10 2 day shipping. I reached out to their email address and I've never heard back. I have emailed them before asking questions and never heard from them either.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Csonka’s Custom Rustics. They were very responsive to my inquiries and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions before I purchased. My shelf brackets arrived exactly as ordered in the timeframe provided and are greater quality than I expected! Especially for the price! These brackets look great in my kitchen. I ordered custom brackets. They sent me standard brackets. When I sent the brackets back, as per instructions from their customer service, they refused the package. So now I'm out 150$, and the shipping cost, with useless brackets. Response from their customer service is now very difficult.
