I recently had windows and a door installed by Window World and I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. The windows are of exceptional quality, far surpassing my previous ones in durability and substance. The installation process was seamless, and credit goes to Mike and Cindy for their outstanding work. They provided clear explanations on the installation and operation of the windows. We replaced all our windows and doors with Window World windows between 2017 and 2019, a total of 11 windows, a steel door between the garage and side yard, and three sliding doors. The price was good and there is no pushy sales staff "today's best price." The price is for a window regardless of size and you just pick which options you want. These products have made a tremendous difference in temperature control. But the best part of Window World is their lifetime warranty covering labor and materials. We had some leaks in the front window and after trying multiple interventions, Chris reinstalled the window and hired a stucco company to repair deteriorated stucco. The combination has worked. I don't think you can find a better product and installation warranty.

Great windows, super fit. From David measuring, ordering windows to Tammy, handling the logistics of getting the windows in and scheduling, to Ryan doing a fantastic job fitting,installing the windows. We were very pleased with the price and quality of these windows, as well as the installation.

Window World exceeded all my expectations. David came to bid the job and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.The installer (whose name I would mention but sadly I can't remember) was clean and meticulous about the quality of his workmanship and it showed. He cared for my home by protecting not only the carpet inside but the gravel outside my window opening too. He didn't leave a single speck behind. My windows are gorgeous, and I no longer experience the huge temperature swings that I did with my old windows. I really couldn't be happier. The entire process from beginning to end was STRESS FREE!

Had 7 windows installed on my 88 year old adobe home. David the salesperson was kind, helpful and informative. Tammy, who I spoke with at the office for scheduling was helpful as well from start to finish. Tim the installer did such an amazing job replacing the old original windows, and did a fantastic job with putting in the new window within the existing frame. He caulked around the new windows and it just looks so seamless and clean. Everything was beyond my expectations. It was a stress-free process, and I am grateful. I definitely recommend Window World!

I am extremely pleased with my purchase from Window World of Tucson. Dave the salesman that came to take the measurements and process the order was very professional. The window installer, Robert, did an outstanding job. He found an area on the outside of the house where the roof drain was directing water to penetrate window area, he fixed it up when he was installing the new window to prevent further damage. Robert took care when installing the new windows like it was his own house. I can't stress enough how pleased I was with this window project from start to finish and would highly recommend Window World of Tucson.

The price paid compared to their competitors was what motivated my decision to purchase from W W. My initial order was on track for original installation. While waiting for my installation I made the decision to order another bank of windows making my overall purchase nearly $18,000.00. When my windows arrived, the installer advised that the wrong size windows had been ordered. The installer was only able to install one of my six window's, the rest of the window's had to be reordered. I was not offered any apology, just that the window's would be reordered. Two months later W W called to schedule the first set of window's. Several of the window's were installed adjacent to my tile floor, requiring them to be grouted at the joint. Unfortunately the installer did not have any grout and advised me that they would finish that work when my second bank of window's arrived. I waited nearly three months for them to complete that task. Despite me reminding W W of the missing grout, the installer arrived without it. I personally went and purchased grout so the job could be completed. Additionally, my second bank of windows arrived missing a window panel for my door. This after I repeatedly reminded them that I specifically wanted that window. After numerous inquiries, W W alleged I never authorized them to place the order. I asked for an accommodation due to the overall delay, and the amount I spent with W W. I was informed by David, they would "give me a break" if I ordered additional windows. Mistakes happen, I understand that. What makes the difference is how a company responds to them.
