We just opened our business here in the Tri Cities and I have been thoroughly impressed with Matt Philley and WCP. He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I have contacted him - he has responded back to me with a sense of urgency. He has located product for us and looked up information for me. He has even contacted the vendors and asked them questions on my behalf. Even when he is on the road, he takes time to help me. I can't say enough good things about him. He has been a tremendous help. I recommend him to anyone opening up a new business or if you have had a business for a while. He truly cares about what he does and ensures you are taken care of. Matt Philley has been so helpful to my Coffee Shop! From messaging me about new product that comes in to making me lists of things that I may use at the shop. He has gone and done price comparisons at stores that I normally go to and just recently informed me of how to save money by getting bar rags from you guys! He is very prompt about getting back to me with any questions and concerns, helps me with my online account and billing questions! I couldn’t do it without him!❤️

It doesn't matter what my emergency or need, this company always handles it with grace and quickly. I love that I can get almost anything delivered 3 days a week and the pricing is very fair. I have three tasting rooms and we only use WCP for our business needs. Mike and the team are wonderful!

My rep Mike Serra is the best!! I totally recommend WCP for all your shipping boxes and shrink wrap needs! The have lots of other products as well. The delivery drivers are amazing as well.
