This was such a great convenient and hassle-free easy experience! They came to our house with samples and we were able to view them in our home with the lighting and paint and decor. The price was amazing and they offered flexible payment options. Mark was attentive and came out during install and we had our carpets done in no time. By far the least worrisome project we’ve done in our home. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Bottomline: Expert, honest, fair. If you are reading this review, you have found your carpet company. Just call them and make an appointment. Mark and his wife are a great team. Having been in sales for a reputable and honest business, I know how to detect the good and the bad. I felt totally comfortable with Mark from the get go. Aside from his years of experience and expertise, he and his wife bring the showroom to you. He prefers to make a house visit so that you can see the colors and the fabrics in *your home* and in your home lighting so that you can make an educated decision. Mark will be honest and let you know the pros and cons of each kind of carpet in all price ranges. He wants you to be happy with your carpet for many, many years to come, not like at Home Depot or Lowes of which you will be needing to replace the carpet every few years and you will also have dark brown/black corners from dirt stains. We are extremely pleased with the carpet we decided on and his workers skillfully installed it. I highly recommend him!

Guess at age meaning of colors or where carpet was created etc.

I needed to make some repairs on a home before selling it including replacing ALL of the carpet. Mark was excellent—he throughly explained everything, was very patient, and always accommodated my hectic schedule. He gave me an AWESOME deal on some great carpet and they finished the installation early. The house sold above asking which wouldn’t have been possible without their hard work. I highly recommend Tucson Carpet Express!!

We are beyond pleased with the service we received from Tucson Carpet Express. They came to our home quickly and brought samples for us to choose from. We were most pleased with how they worked with us. Our home is for sale and we wanted the carpet replaced to freshen things up. They were willing to take a down payment and delay the balance for 60 days or the closing on our home.
The installers arrived on time and worked quickly to finish everything in one day. They cleaned up everything and hauled it all away. We recommend them highly.
