I usually never do anything like this. But I feel like people need to know what they're going to possibly run into when dealing with this company.

First of all, I don't understand why I would be placing an order with someone in Richmond when they have a branch in Norfolk. But then I realized after not be able to get in contact with anyone at the Norfolk branch for two straight days, WHY...

So placed the order with someone in Richmond on Tuesday, December 3rd for a part we needed Next Day Air to us. And after no contact with the Norfolk branch, I reached out to the sales person who took the order, only to learn that she had to send the order to the Norfolk branch to get fulfilled. I forgot to mention that the part is located at a branch in South Carolina.

So finally I receive a call on Thursday afternoon from Mike at Norfolk branch, who seems to be confused on the part that we need ASAP. Informed me that he will need to call me back first thing Friday morning.

His call did not come till Friday, December 6 @ 3:48pm, my company closes at 4pm. Mike stated I would receive an email with tracking information. It never came because he had the wrong email address.

So when UPS show up @ 9:30am yesterday, with no package from EECO I was again back on the phones trying to get on hold of someone from the Norfolk branch.

SOOOOO DISAPPOINTING!!!!!
