Cindy Mathis at Adair is one of the most knowledgeable professionals in Eastern Washington if you are looking at building a home -either a custom or standard plan design. Cindy helped me personally with a project and also helped some clients with a custom project. She is able to sit down and help map out your dream home and is also able to get you an itemized bid with amazing turn around. This is key when building a home, besides knowing if your ideas are feasible, the PRICE is of utmost importance and EVERYTHING is discussed. Cindy also knows a lot about land, if you have a piece of land and need help determining cost of improvements, her team can help with that part too. She is honest and fun to work with. She also arranged for us to see Adair homes under construction so we could get a feel for Adair Homes and the quality and diversity of the builds they can do. I had no idea that folks could do a completely custom design with Adair. Cindy remains a go-to gal for me and I would recommend meeting with her if you are curious about what Adair can do for you or your clients. Finally, if you are a Realtor like myself, you can rest easy that Adair will pass on a commission.

I have worked with Margaux Cannon at Adair Homes on several projects and have been very pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism that she gives not only her clients but the lender as well. We started working with Margaux at Adair earlier this year. She, and everyone else at Adair, have been a great help throughout the building process. She has been open and honest. When something needed to get done, she was very quick at making it happen. She has helped the decision process to be smooth and understandable. We are now completing our third year in our Adair home and we have had great enjoyment as it turned out just the way we desired with our coastal living. We spend a lot of time working with Margaux as she walked us through the many decisions we had to make. Our decisions were based on her understanding of how our model of Adair home could fit on our lot and conform to the standards and requirements of the Oregon coast. She was able to help us select the model and every major decision was carefully thought through. We have great appreciation for her help and her work with Shon and the building team that provided us a wonderful home. We look forward to many more years of great memories in our Adair home.

Margaux at Adair Homes has been fantastic to work with. I'm currently in the process of Adair building my home here in the Tri-Cities. As a single mom I was very nervous to take on such a big project by myself, but with the help of Margaux I have been put at ease knowing she is right there to help me. It has been a pleasure dealing with Margaux Cannon and the crew at Adair. We Offically just started the process of building and its exciting to see it finally taking shape. The process is awesome they are very fast and there is nothing cheap about the home from what I've heard people say.
