GREAT and knowledgeable team. Don't waste your time at the big box stores, most of them don't know what they are talking about. And they don’t have the selection of lumber Tri-Cities Lumber does.

I ordered all the material here for my pergola and they helped me get exactly what I needed. And offered actual sound advice.

A good friend of mine bought some Dog Earred fencing for a project we were supposed to be doing this weekend. Half the Lumber we had received was very poor quality that has no business being sold to the public. After complaining to Ben, he only agreed to exchange a 1/3 of the bad quality boards. But only after giving some serious attitude over our complaint.

As somebody who regularly gives business to smaller companies, this is really disheartening as we could have gone to one of the big corporate stores and received better quality and better customer service.

I have no idea what kind of people they have working there, but giving the customer a quality product doesn't seem to be much of a priority to them.

This is absolutely unacceptable, and we will be sending photos of the bad product to the Better Business Bureau.

I wouldn't use some of that wood for anything other than the fire pit.

Bad attitude, Poor Customer Service and Poor Quality Material. Lowes Or Home Depot from here on out, I wouldn't even buy a Box of Screws from this Company.

They prepared my quote with osb board and told me that there was not enough osb to complete my order. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to weather logic for an additional $4,000 and these nice people happily took my money but still sent half the order with the cheaper stuff and did not partial refund me the difference. When I asked about it, they just played the blame game and no one gave me money back (about $2,000) for the regular vs weather logic material. Dishonest or careless? Either way it looks bad and it feels worse. Very frustrating, so watch them closely if you bring your business to them.
