We would like to share that Bellevue Medical Supply store went above and beyond our expectations in order to do deliver the medical equipment that we needed the entire staff helped with a paperwork, Leah and the manager, and all the team were exponential in helping my mother out of the nursing facility where she was receiving horrible care this business, and this person went above and beyond five star I strongly recommend this company for all of your medical device needs. I recently visited your facility to obtain a wheelchair and a walker for my 5-year-old, who has a broken leg. Upon entering, I heard someone ask how they could help, but it was unclear if they were speaking to me or on the phone, as everyone seemed busy and no one was looking towards us.A staff member, who was hidden by her monitor eventually helped usI handed her the prescription, which she incorrectly said was insufficient. She appeared annoyed and did not listen to my responses, mistakenly assuming the wheelchair was for my husband, who is on crutches. Even though i had told her it was for my son who was sitting there with full leg cast on.Throughout the interaction, she was condescending and made me feel like an inconvenience. We ultimately left and sought assistance elsewhere after she claimed the insurance company hung up on her and asked me to call them. After discussing this experience with others, I found that many have also had negative experiences with your business. Healthcare professionals should exhibit kindness and attentiveness.

Yeah, just went in to discuss an accessibility item and check on my wheelchair status. The lady I talked to seemed annoyed, talked to me like I was stupid and getting in the way of her work, and was just all around unpleasant to work with. Not a fan of this place. Also, if you have a wheelchair- beware. There's only one disability parking spot and it's being taken up by their company vehicle.

I think it’s incredibly sad that the owners of this establishment will not fix their front door. For a store that specializes in selling equipment to people with reduced mobility, they have left their front door broken for over one year. Anyone with mobility issues cannot get into the store without assistance. To me it’s just sad that they wouldn’t invest in taking care of their customers. They are more interested in making sales than they are and taking care of their customers. I’m sure it’s quite an expensive fix, but the amount of money I alone have spent here in just 3 visits is plenty to cover the repair. Absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing that they would not take care of it for this length of time.

My family and I have been looking for the (POC) Portable Oxygen Concentrator for my grandma. We had searched and called multiple times at various healthcare stores before calling Bellevue. We visited Bellevue Healthcare a few days ago. We found the perfect wheelchair for my aging step-dad. These people couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Knowledgeable and respectful of the elderly. My parents even noticed. For once they weren't defensive feeling they were going to be ripped off because they are elderly. Tanner Johnson, the Customer Service Rep of Kennewick, WA, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help my father find the right lift chair for his handicap needs. Tanner was patient and took the time to explain the features of the chair and what Bellevue Healthcare has to offer, which is much appreciated seeing how he had to explain himself a few times over. Tanner found us a price that was fitting and even went the extra mile to see if he could get us a lower price on the chair! And Tanner didn't stop there, he also arranged same-day delivery. The service we received felt personal, and the store is designed with the elderly, disabled, and/or handicapped in mind! Thank you!
