Happy to have a nearby excellent, professional bike repair guru in Vail, AZ! A must-stop for any and all repair needs, or just to ask questions. Chris listens, offers best value options, and gets you back riding as quickly as possible. Had a major tune up and new Shimano brakes installed on my old Cannondale...even with indutry-wide part shortages, had it back in a couple of days (Chris knows people)!

Wow, what a great experience I had recently at this shop! Chris is so knowledgeable, affordable and friendly, I highly recommend! I have been a cyclist for over 30 years and this guy, his skills and knowledge are top-notch! A little tricky to find, but definitely worth it! I had him tune up my older road bike, including overhauling the headset, installing new shift cables, installing new tires. Everything turned out great.

Chris knows his stuff and takes the time to help you understand what’s going on with your bike. My rear derailleur hangar was bent and he stopped what he was doing to show me how bent it was and how easy it was to fix it. In less than 5 minutes, he had my MTB shifting better than it had been in a long time! He’s way better than any bike shop I’ve used previously!

Bought a cheap new bike online. Couldn’t get breaks to work right. Took it to RVBS and received immediate and courteous service. Chris was in the middle of servicing a high end bike, but stopped and gave me his complete attention to the issues I had with my bike. He said it would only take a few minutes and fixed the problem.
