The service is by far the best when it comes to responsiveness, when I called I was given clear instructions on how to get to the correct part of the wearhouse and was granted quickly my party was supplied and I will use their services again. Best in class when it comes to customer service.

My ice maker went out on my fridge so I've been buying ice from Columbia Basin Ice and tonight I was loading my glass with it and discovered a hugh black hair attached to a piece. I am sick to my stomach about it! I should have taken a pic of it but instead I thru it down the drain! Will not buy from them again!! Is there any health or safety measures for making ice? If not, we sure need some!
