If you're looking for a phenomenal handyman, look no further than Bill! We bought a new-ish house that needed some TLC, and Bill became our hero.

He went above and beyond, staying the entire day (and even running a bit over!) to make sure EVERYTHING on our list got checked off. And that list? It was a doozy! Bill is a one-stop shop – he tackled everything from ceiling fans and safety repairs to fixing a door that wouldn't budge, painting, spackling, and so much more. There's no job too big or too small for this guy!

We were especially impressed with Bill's patience. We were still moving in and dealing with family chaos, but Bill took it all in stride. He worked incredibly hard and truly does it all!

I cannot say enough about Royal Castle. Bill has done several jobs for me from re-texturing my cool deck, helping finish a barn installing insulation, door and window. Replaced rotting fascia and painted my porch. He’s now helping remodel. Taken out tile, drywall and building me a walk in pantry and awesome tv/fireplace wall. The best about Bill and helper Kevin is they take the time to do what you want. He makes great suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of and goes out of the way to take on numerous uh oh projects like running a hot water line to my outside sink so I could do dishes while my kitchen is tore out. He ran a new phone line to get my internet going. He is always willing to do the little things that make you realize what a great guy he is. He is trustworthy, listens,suggests, and cares about his work and his customers. I’ll be sorry when I run out of projects but I highly recommend Royal Castle!

Bill does excellent KoolDek at a fair price. As a General Contractor this is the second KoolDek job he has completed for me. Bill is also handy fixing just about anything. I highly recommend Bill and Royal Castle Inc. for your KoolDek and handyman jobs.

Bill (of Royal Castle, Inc.) has worked on two projects at my house. He resurfaced the cool deck while I had my pool replastered & was flexible in setting his schedule around the other company's replastering work. I was very happy with what he did there so I got ahold of him again and both he and his son filled in & re-set all the bricks around my pool because they were not level / had become misaligned over the decades as the dirt under them settled & eroded. He has a wonderful work ethic but if I were to cite one thing about him that really stands out, it would be his attention to detail. When he was resurfacing the cool deck I noticed he was meticulously using a sign to cast shade on the surface from different angles so that he could look for imperfections in a different light. He works at a solid pace, but doesn't seem rushed... he doesn't seem like he is trying to cut corners and leave as soon as he can at the end of the day. I've also been happy with his pricing. Bill does great work & I don't hesitate to recommend him.
