Great shop! Will is a super nice guy who helped us pick out the perfect product and trim/threshold pieces. His installer, Jose and his crew at Laynes Flooring, did an amazing job installing it.

It's been about a month since we got our new carpet. 10-stars!
We started visiting Vail Floors and discussing options over a year ago. Will and his team were patient and very helpful. Laynes Flooring installed ~6 rooms in 1 day. With a single-story, open floor plan, we decided on carpet to address the sound reverberation issues in the house. The carpet feels amazing on our feet - plush and soft. We had to upgrade our vacuum! Will's customer service is impeccable! Honest, fair, and high integrity. The carpet is so nice and compliments the tile - I don't hate our tile anymore! Thank you, Will!

I've had the great pleasure of working with Will and Gareth from Vail Floors. They were both super helpful during my search for laminate flooring. They let me borrow their samples and even came to measure my space! You know they offer the best quality and stand behind their product. I purchased the Eternity flooring Metro Collection in pecan color for my master bedroom and walk-in closet from them and couldn't be happier with the final result! Purchasing our new flooring at Vail Floors has been one of the best customer experiences we’ve ever had. Will, the owner, went well out of his way to ensure every aspect of our purchase and install was done to meet our high expectations. With Vail Floors, we got the friendly, local small businesses experience at a better price than the big box stores, and we were able to contribute to the local economy.

Vail Floors prices were almost 30% cheaper for a higher grade of flooring & carpet than the estimates I got at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Will’s customer service was friendly, accommodating, and honest. He has a personal relationship with his suppliers which allows him to get the best product at the best prices. We couldn’t be happier with the high quality of the carpet and floors. Which was well beyond the quality of what we could find elsewhere.

I purchased both stone core LVP for the majority of my house, and new carpet for the loft, hallway and stairs. I installed the LVP myself, on which Will gave me guidance, and even lent me one of his own tools to use!

Will’s personal relationship with Jose and Victor, the carpet installers, has made the carpet installation a hassle free experience. They accepted nothing less than perfection, and went above and beyond to get the job done to our high standards. Jose even upgraded our padding to memory foam at no additional cost!

I never knew or heard of Will before beginning this process. I can honestly say that after this experience, I would recommend Vail Floors to everyone.

My wife and I shopped for new flooring on and off for about six months. We decided to take a peek at Vail Floors since we live in the area. My wife looked at a sample on the floor that finally said, "buy me". Will, the owner, gave us a good price so we moved ahead. The installation crew Will uses lead by Jose and Victor was fantastic - always up beat, professional, personable, and ready to explain any concerns or questions we had. Wow ... if we only knew we had such a great store so close to us we could have saved six months of wasting our time searching every place else!
