I absolutely love this store and the customer service. Great customer service is very rare nowadays unfortunately. I came in to actually learn more and educate myself on lawncare I needed for my home. Bradley was fantastic. He compared products, told me which one best fit my use, and explained the price point as well as the reviews. He pretty much just stacked my shed with good items based off his experiences and need. Very helpful

I bought a concrete mixer from this place. All the employees are very helpful. In my case, the manager, Mr. Doug, stands out. He knew what was wrong with the machine and how I needed to correct my use of the machine. He even knew how long it took me to assemble it because he assembled the show products. He also recommended which floor jack I needed and the reason behind it (lighter weight for my back, etc.). Thank you for all you do. I love this place. I will be back again for my new chainsaw.

Picked up an air filter for a 5.75 HP Quantum mower. They price matched the in-store item to the online price. It was around $8 in the store, but only $2.79 online. You have to look up these prices and ask them if they will match their website prices. They don't automatically do it. The best part is now I hop over to Walmart for an Autolite 458 sparkplug for $1.98.

some items on website are listed as the wrong size . I went to my local store and the item was 6" instead of 8" as shown . Ordered online but had to change my password every time I buy online ? Everyone at the stores are always very nice and helpful .

I like their selection of hardware. Today went there to buy 3" casters for a heavy plywood dolly in building. Readily found what I needed. It's in a convenient location.

The Retail me Not link offered $5 off for email sign-up. Once you get through giving your information, the small print in a different place says you must spend $25. My item was only $16.99 so this was like bait & switch for me. The other Northern coupons are tricky as well making them difficult to apply. I regret giving my address. They will send emails and never honor unsubscribe.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a Dewalt drill online that said was available in store and can be picked up within an hour. Later, I get a call from the store canceling my order, stating they couldn't find the item. They refused to just take care of ordering one to be shipped to the store for me, and said I would need to redo my order, and offered no assistance.
