If you delivering here just make sure you bring some skills and patience getting here early recommended 53 with sleeper it going to be very tight but there unloading is very fast

Promt in unloading, once you get the 71 ft tractor trailer in a dock, backing area is kinda small for larger full size Semi an trailer, unloading paperwork is returned quick. Personal go about their job as fast as they can.

NO REASON FOR A SLEEPER CAB AND A 53 FOOT TRAILER TO BE HERE DRIVERS BEWARE THIS PLACE IS HELL WHEN BACKING IN LET ALONE YOU HAVE TO SWING HELLA WIDE JUST TO ENTER THE GATE OR YOU TARE YOUR EQUIPMENT UP. DONT COME HERE

Truckers, come around on 47th Ave, and park on the street. Walk to sign in, and wait on the street, they'll come get you. It's easier to back in from the street, on the right side so be careful. Really fast unloading +-30min once you're in. It's a fcfs facility so be there early when they open at 6am if you can. Good luck✌️
