Thank you, Rebecka! Washington is now my 5th state where my car has been registered, and this was by FAR the most pleasant experience at a DOT in any state I have been in. She was kind while she explained the process of my title and got my issue resolved in under 10 minutes. I asked her where I could formally thank her for customer service and she directed me here. THANK YOU for making what I thought was going to be a hassle, a breeze!

These ladies at the Freeland office are so pleasant and so efficient at what they do. They've helped me a couple times. First time, the title to my car went into my name when I paid it off, (yay!)and then a month or so later, doing a name change for the title. Both times, it was a breeze. While I don't remember her name, the woman who helped me, is a begonia lover like me and we had a good chat while she took care of my name change in 5 minutes flat!
While I've never had a bad experience with the Licensing Dept anywhere, in WA, the folks in this office are head and shoulders above everybody else.

Showed up on a Friday to do 3 transactions with my wife who is battling cancer. A note on the door said they would be closed Friday and Saturday and sorry for the inconvenience. Had 3 other people show up and were also angry. Web site showed office was open. This is very poor customer service.

The people who work here are dumber than dumb. Clearly don’t know how to do their jobs which is sad. My boyfriend walked in today and the person who was working giving him attitude and my boyfriend tried to get tabs for me and they wouldn’t let him even though he’s signed on my register for a second owner. So now I’ll have to be there 9am sharp 🙂

Friday at 435 pm 5-12-2017.
Clerk took exception to my small dog in my arms. She asked me to take her out to the car..I did, came back in and she seemed unable to understand the Document of summary judgement from the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions in Olympia WA.
It contained all necessary documentation about Auto Loans LLC that is no longer in Business in Miami Florida.
They are listed as lien Holder on Illegal Title loans in WA State and are listed as defendants in Summary judgements in the State of WA. against Auto Loans LLC found in favor for multiple Plaintiffs in a Class action lawsuit. Feb 26, 2016
It was a Superior Court of WA Legal Copy sent to me certified mail from Olympia office of Financial Institutions. It was a direct copy with State Embossed and Golden WA State Superior Court Seals.
Per our previous direct phone conversation I had with this same clerk.
I asked her prior to me showing up if this all she needed..and she re assured me over the phone that it would only be about 31 to 34 dollars.
I also had called the DMV in Everett WA to get a second opinion about the right course of action and they said I had the correct paperwork..

When I walked back into the office she could not identify the Superior
Court of Western Washington State Golden embossed seal on the document, she acted confused and unwilling to help me.
She also took exception to being asked why?
At this she said you can go to another DMV office to do your business.
I did nothing wrong than the small incident with my well behaved Pomeranian.
I will never go back to this office again..
Apparently they have their own standards and agendas of playing with peoples expectations and then turning them away after they actually talk to them on the phone.
For your information you might want to call the Offices of Financial Institutions and ask about Auto Loans LLC . That would enlighten you to the fact you just turned away business..without no just reason at all!
If any attorney care to step in and correct me I feel upset and discriminated against my ability to complete my change of information on this Title at this licensing office.
