When i filed a protection order the courts commissioner denied it and accepted documents with blatant perjury from the defendant and disregarded me addressing said documents there's nothing just about this court, as far as the court clerks, they unnessarily raise their voice and are beyond repugnant towards people seeking their services and refuse to do their job.

Terrible, staff is rude and does whatever possible to avoid Actually doing any kind of work. Public defenders are so overloaded that they don't talk to their clients unless you can afford it and judges are biased as it gets and if your case goes in front of a county commissioner they will be one side, condone lies and slander and completely ignore certain laws in favor of one side or the other if they choose.

The courts are supposed to enforce State Statutes. Instead, this court signs off on all of the unnecessary tests and other games that family law attorneys present in order to satisfy their client's manipulations. In other words, be prepared to have custody matters decided by local prejudice among the profession rather than specific statutes. Also, be ready to experience the painful realization that the judge is at the bench without first having read your documents.

Superior Court Judge Caroline Cliff chose to place protection orders against after stating in court there was no evidence of threats made, at all. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE. I have already started the process of filing a complaint with the judges association and filing for a motion for reconsideration.
