I am very pleased and grateful that I used TAD and Jake was amazing at his job. I used him twice and the first time he saved me from a nightmare. He is thorough and knowledgeable and explains things which is very important for someone that doesn’t know a lot about aspects of a home like roofs, plumbing, electrical, etc. Highly recommend!

I hired Jake to inspect a home in Winthrop for a prospective purchase. Everything about working with Jake was a good experience. I highly recommend Jake at TAD Inspection Services as a home inspector. He was able to make time for the work within a few days of my phone call and was very reasonably priced. I wasn't able to be there with him during the inspection, but he called me to talk about his major findings as he left the property. The next day, a very comprehensive and detailed report was delivered. The report was in a very logical format and included many captioned photos of things that didn't even catch my eye. I had looked the property over twice but failed to see most of what he noticed on his inspection. I am grateful to have his sense of quality and condition for this home. It went beyond having a "second" set of eyes. He was checking not only for working condition but the degree of the condition and was fair in description. He checked everything that was possible to check for working order. It made me feel like he was really looking out for me, the potential buyer. I hired Jake to perform a home inspection in Omak. He was thorough and knowledgeable about home construction and maintenance. He identified several critical maintenance items that needed to be done and stressed them in the written report and in person.
