Was rudely snapped at when leaving the drop off for not stopping at the window on the way in. They need to install a red light or a gate because there was no indication that I needed to stop

So apparently if your neighbors trash can is "too close" they won't pick up your trash. And the customer service people have quite the attitude when you try to figure out what's going on. I pay for a service, not the bad attitude.

Only been there a couple of times and seems to be a good place to go but as mentioned by others, it closes way too early. I have needed to go there several times after 3:00 and had to rearrange my schedule to be able to go there.
Staying open till 4:30-5:00 PM would be nice.

Really easy to unload. Lots of space to turnaround your truck with a trailer. Covered area to unload makes it "nice" when the weather is bad.

Well since the place burned down awhile back and price gouging is the new norm they need to start handing numbers out again so the office lady can stop over charging I have an idea of what I I take I. Weight the it's not like they help you unload now we're all gonna have to burn our waist the fine problem cheaper then them

Terrible personal when calling and not helpful at all. Tried to do a simple one time dumpster rentat for some property clean up and they wanted to turn it into a big account application and deposit for a one time use.

They closed 5minutes before it was time. I was rejected @ 2:40 pm Sat 7/25/20. Seconds after a full truck entered and got to dump their trash. I would have been empty in less than 3 minutes.
