Staff is very nice, especially the people in the shop (are always more than happy to help out). The hand tools are really great and have lifetime warranty. Also I got a hilti impact ,been using it religiously for 2 years (dropped in oil bucket multiple times) and still works great. In the end a fabulous store with helpful people and great merchandise.

Extremely helpful, had a guy who offered to make calls to see if the part we needed was in town. Very knowledgeable and way too easy to talk to! Customer service that’s hard to find.

We were charged 25 percent over list price for a Case IH oil seal ($192.50) plus $15.85 freight for about 6oz package plus, of course sales tax totaling $224.18. List price on this part is $155 which is exorbitant already for less than a pound of material. We spoke with them, and while very nice about it, he thought maybe they had paid too much for freight or something. Not believing it.
